- Is it possible to book for less than 12 persons?

Yes. Our excursions have minimal group prices. You will still have your own guide and be able to decide the time of departure.
- How long in advance do you have to reserve?
- Preferably a week in advance, but you can always try last-minute.
If you would like an excursion on a Friday or a Saturday, please reserve as early as possible!
- Do you have fixed departure times?

You can decide for yourself at what time you would like to depart.
Look at the excursion description to find out till what time you can depart at the latest.

How about payment?

We sent you an invoice. Payment of the excursion has to be on our account ultimately 4 days before the day of your program.

Is there a cancellation charge?
- If you want to cancel a reservation we request you to inform us as soon as possible. For more information about cancellation please look at our general conditions. Excursions offered in cooperation with third parties depend on the cancellation conditions of these third parties.

Is it possible to change the amount of participants?

After consultation it is possible to make small changes in the amount of people up to 1 week in advance.

In what languages are programs available?

Most of our excursions can be guided in Dutch, English, German, French* and Spanish* (* not available for the Eastern Docklands)
