Dinnerarrangement 'Hot and Hip'

Combine a walking excursion through the Red Light District and Old Amsterdam with a delicious tree-course dinner at a trendy location in the centre of Amsterdam. This restaurant is located in a former tobacco warehouse and has a beautiful modern interior design. It offers a warm and friendly ambience to private as well as business groups.

During the walk we will explore the old medieval heart of Amsterdam. We not only pass the oldest profession, the oldest church, the oldest streets and oldest houses of the city, but this very lively and sparkling area also houses Amsterdam’s ‘Chinatown’. After the excursion your guide will of course accompany you to your dinner location. This trendy restaurant offers an exclusive three-course menu that changes with the seasons. Within the menu there are different dishes you can choose from. Example menu (2010):

Starters

Ceasar Salad or

Carpaccio of pickled, smoked silverside of beef in a classic ravigote sauce or

Spicy tomato soup

Main Courses

Burrito stuffed with red onion, leek, chick peas and potato with kidneybeans, Manchego and sambal chips or

Crispy sauteed dorade with Roseval potatoes, pomodori and basil or

Duck breast with pak-choi, black bean sauce and basmati rice served with salad and fries

Desserts

Tiramisu or Coconut parfait with Ponche Kuba (a coffee liqueur from Curacao)

The rate for this dinnerarrangement is €42,50 per person. This is excluding 19% VAT, including a walking excursion of your choice (Red Light District, Old Amsterdam, Jordaan quarter, Gates of Amsterdam, Amsterdam Criss-Cross), the above mentioned dinner and organization fee. The minimum groupsize is 12 persons.
